Dear Member,

The Special General Body Meeting held on 31st March 2006 approved the Car Parking Project Report and the Proposal for raising funds for its construction. An imposition of levy of Rs.300/- per month on prorata basis for four years effective from April 2006, would be charged from the members. Details of which are given below:

a) All Permanent Members, Temporary Members, Lady Members will pay a levy of Rs.300/- per month for 4 years.

b) Members having seniority of 30 years as a member and being atleast 70 years of age will be exempted from the levy.

c) Members having seniority of 25 years as a member and being atleast 65 years of age will pay 25% (Rs.75/- per month) for 4 years.

d) Member having seniority of 20 years as a member and being atleast 60 years of age will pay 50% (Rs.150/- per month) for 4 years.

e) Widow Members will be exempted from payment of such levy.
