ANNUAL ELECTION GENERAL BODY MEETING 2010

                       NOTICE                        

To : All permanent Members

 

Dear Members,

The Annual Elections General Body Meeting of Karachi Gymkhana to elect President and eleven members of the Managing Committee for the year 2010 will be held at Karachi Gymkhana on Sunday the 10th January 2010  at 10.00 AM.

 

AGENDA

  1. To read the Notice convening the Meeting.

  2. To confirm the Minutes of the Adjourned Half Yearly General Body Meeting held on 10th July  2009

  3. To receive Presidential speech and the Managing Committee's Report.

  4. To pass the Audited Accounts for the Half Year ended 30th June 2009.

  5. To appoint Auditors for the year 2010

  6. To appoint Scrutineers under Rule 12.

  7. To conduct elections under Rule 12.

  8. To declare the result of the Elections.

 

Permanent Members are requested to submit the nomination form complete in all respect to the secretary  by 5.00 pm the 19th December 2009, at the latest, whether they are willing to contest as President or a Member of the Managing Committee.
