Arrangement between Karachi Gymkhana

  1. The arrangement would be restricted to the Permanent and Temporary of Karachi Gymkhana. Guest of KG members may accompany subject to rules of the host Club (ASCC) and prior permission from administration.
  2. This arrangement will be extended to all Permanent and Temporary members of KG on payment of Rs.12000/= as yearly subscription in advance.
  3.  KG members would be allowed to use entire facilities of ASCC including dining sporting, and residential & entertainment programs at the same rates as extended to ASCC members except the use of golf course, which shall be governed by ASCC rules.
  4. Guest of KG members are only allowed to use the dining facility at ASCC. Guest KG members are strictly to use any other club facility at the ASCC.
  5. Visit of KG members to ASCC would not be restricted.
  6. All settlements of dinning, Catering, Entertainment programs and other facilities would be settled by way of Cash / Cash Coupons or through Credit Card (Master / VISA). There would be on credit billing facility extended to KG members.
  7. Members of KG should strictly observe ASCC Rules & Regulations and in case of violation, ASCC shall reserve the right to suspend/stop usage of particular KG member for a period of time. Additionally parent club may also be advised of infringement and they may also take action against under their respective rules.
  8. The secretariat of KG will ensure that high standard and club decorum at ASCC. The Club bye laws will be provided at the time of payment of yearly subscription.
  9. KG members shall follow reservation (if any) for dinner, lunch and other entertainment programs etc. In case large groups / function the KG members shall intimate the ASCC well in advance as provided by ASCC.
  10. This arrangement is initially valid for one year will be renewed annually automatically. However, if Arabian Se Country Club desires to terminate this arrangement they shall give a 30 days notice period in writing so that KG members can be informed accordingly.
  11. Entry of KG members under this arrangement shall be governed by production of valid KG membership card.
  12. KG members participating in ASCC events / programs or using other Club facilities at ASCC will pay the prescribed charges applicable to guest of member of ASCC.
  13. Guest of KG members will be charged Rs.50 per head as service at all the dining outlets plus the buffet / Ala Carte rates.
  14. KG members using ASCC Golf course will pay a preferred green fee of Rs.300/= for 9 holes and Rs.600/- for 18 holes. However KG members, who are already member of PGF affiliated clubs in Pakistan, will only pay prescribed PGF green fee.
  15. ASCC will immediate inform KG of any change in rules & regulation or any revision in rates of facilities, as and when made.
  16. KG will produce list of all Permanent / Temporary members
  17. Right of admission at ASCC will be strictly reserved KG members only. Stags are strictly not allowed, only couples would be allowed.
  18. KG will sent complete Performa / Form duly filled in by their member along with photo identification icon plus a Pay Order of Rs.12000/- in the name of Arabian Sea Country Club as advance annual subscription.
  19. Rights of termination of any Permanent or temporary member of Karachi Gymkhana will sole discretion of ASCC management.
